
Production Coordinator
Type: Part-time (10 hrs/week)
Location: Muslim Media Hub (We value in-person collaboration and community, so this role is primarily on-site. However, some responsibilities can be completed remotely depending on the task.)
Rate of pay: $25-$30/hr depending on experience
About the Role
The Production Coordinator plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the smooth execution of all Muslim Media Hub productions, including Let the Quran Speak. You’ll manage production logistics, organize shoot days, maintain equipment and team coordination, and coordinate rentals.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate shoot schedules and production timelines

Ensure availability and functionality of camera, lighting, and audio equipment

Track and manage equipment inventory and maintenance

Prepare call sheets and arrange logistics for filming days

Support the production team with troubleshooting and on-set organization

Liaise with videographers, editors, hosts and other crew members

Keep production records organized and up to date
Qualifications

Experience coordinating or supporting media productions

Familiarity with video/audio equipment and shoot-day logistics

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Comfortable managing production calendars and communicating with diverse teams

Calm under pressure and good at problem-solving
