Location: Muslim Media Hub, 27 Pearl Street, Mississauga
 

Wage:  $19/hour

Position: Contract (full time, 35 hours per week for 8 weeks)

About the Role:

MMH is hiring a Social Media Posting Coordinator to manage our daily online presence. You will schedule and upload content to all platforms, track analytics, and ensure our voice is consistent and professional.

 

Responsibilities:

• Upload daily posts to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook

• Maintain a weekly content calendar

• Apply captions, thumbnails, tags, and end screens

• Track engagement and identify strong-performing posts

• Collaborate with editors and writers for timely delivery

• Maintain organized posting archives

 

You Are:

• A reliable, detail-oriented social media user

• Comfortable with scheduling tools and platform features

• Able to work consistently and independently

Eligibility Requirements (Canada Summer Jobs):

To be eligible for this role, you must:

• Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment period

• Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee protection under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act

• Have a valid Social Insurance Number and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
