Calling all Brampton youth ages 16-20!

Join Muslim Media Hub’s Youth Pocket Films Program and learn how to create a short film using your smartphone in just 5 days!

Working in teams, you’ll gain hands-on storytelling and filmmaking skills while creating short films inspired by this year’s Islamic History Month theme: “Pioneering Muslim Communities in Canada.” 

This program has been generously funded by the City of Brampton.

Over 5 days you will learn how to:

•  Turn a story idea into a script and plan your shot list

•  Film your script using just your phone

•  Edit your project using free, accessible tools on your phone, tablet, or laptop

Your completed films will be showcased at Brampton City Hall in a special community celebration!
