Film Fellowship Producer

About the Role

MMH is seeking an experienced filmmaker or producer to manage our fellowship for intermediate filmmakers.

This role requires strong filmmaking knowledge and the ability to help fellows move projects from development through post-production.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate fellows, mentors, sessions, and deadlines

• Review concepts, budgets, schedules, and production plans

• Help fellows develop realistic scopes and timelines

• Track filming, editing, and mentor feedback

• Coordinate rough-cut reviews, resources, and the final showcase

Qualifications:

• Professional producing or directing experience

• Strong knowledge of production and post-production

• Experience supporting emerging filmmakers

• Excellent judgment, organization, and communication

• Saturday availability

Position details:

• Fixed term through January 31, 2027

• Approximately 10-15 hours per week

• Primarily in person at MMH

• $36 per hour
